Are you ready for some football?!?!?!
Me? I’m not all that interested in this year’s match-up. Although I enjoy watching the pig skin getting thrown around now and again, I’m not the biggest fan of the sport. But if there’s one occasion every year for America to rally together and jointly participate in an activity, then it just might be the Super Bowl. Some people watching the big game are actually invested in rooting for their favorite team (or against their most hated) as they run down the field toward the goal line—I would posit most of the population is more interested in the commercials, half-time show (who doesn’t love a good Beyoncé performance?), beer, and food. Since Da Bears are no where to be found and New York isn’t represented this year it looks like I’ll be lumping myself into the latter category. Kick-off is merely hours away and it’s time to prep the food table—buffalo wings are a classic game day snack and here I offer you an easy, baked version using chicken legs served with delicious sweet potato fries.
